Lancaster Place Civic Association is having a general meeting next Wednesday, the 18th, the centerpiece of which will be a discussion of high density transportation options along Richmond. The discussion will be facilitated by representatives from Neartown Association [Kay Warhol] and Richmond Rail. The goal is to gather input from neighborhoods that lie along or near Richmond Avenue to influence Metro’s master plan for Houston’s long-term transportation needs. That input will form the basis for a Montrose-focused forum that Neartown plans to hold with Houston Metro next year. The forum originally planned for next week fell through.
If residents of Mandell Place wish to attend the Lancaster Place Civic Association meeting, they are most certainly welcome. It will be at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, Pecore Hall, 1805 West Alabama at 6:30 p.m. Feel free to contact Paul Terry of Lancaster Place Civic Association at email@example.com if you would like further details.
